Master Subcontractor Agreement (MT)

This document creates a master agreement a contractor can use when using a subcontractor on multiple construction projects. If you plan to use the same subcontractor on multiple projects, a master agreement can save time. The standard terms are all contained in the master agreement and only need to be negotiated one time. You will then use a work order for each project which contains the specific terms for that project (scope of work, payment, etc.) The agreement contains insurance provisions as well as clauses to protect your business from liability.
