Police allow the release of arrest information, motor vehicle accidents and reports of crimes. Additionally, publishing the names of sex offenders does not violate the offender's right to privacy. Court documents (unless under seal) and trials are public. Information obtained by warrant and via a warrant exception does not violate privacy rights.
