Often a property owner does not want to manage the day-to-day operations of residential or commercial real estate held for investment purposes and will hire a property manager. This property management agreement addresses all the most common property management services and allows the user to customize the agreement by adding additional services as well. The agreement:
- Allows for one or more properties to be managed
- Customizes the management compensation and administrative matters
- Addresses how leases, renewals, and evictions will be handled
- Can include detailed provisions on how to handle janitorial services, snow removal and landscaping, as well as maintenance
- Includes insurance requirements for the property manager
