Receipt of Company Property (ME)

Providing company property to employees is necessary to make sure they have what they need to work effectively. It's important to document any property being provided so the employee is obligated to take care of it during their employment and return it when their employment comes to an end. Without a signed form, it may be difficult to retrieve company property at the end of their employment.

This form allows you to list the property being provided, any specific serial or ID numbers, and the date the property is given to the employee. The questionnaire includes several options for how to complete this:

• Create a standard list of items to use for multiple employees
• Create a blank template to complete for specific employees as needed
