Disciplinary Notice (FL)
Employee discipline can be one of the least pleasant parts of managing employees. To protect you and your business from liability, all disciplinary actions should be clearly documented in writing.
This notice can be customized for the specific disciplinary action you're taking as well as any specific written policies that were violated. You can also include if the employee has already received verbal or written warnings, neither, or both.
Note that this is for all disciplinary action except termination of employment. If you are terminating their employment with your company, you should use a Termination Letter instead. Likewise, if you are not taking action at this time and are just notifying an employee of policy violations or misconduct, you should issue a Written Warning instead.
