It will allow you to specify which areas need clearing, as well as whether salting or sanding is required, and other details such as whether the areas will need to be marked with stakes, how much snow should have fallen before work should be begin, etc. There are different pricing options depending on your preferences, whether the contractor should be paid the same amount per storm, an amount based on the number of inches that have fallen or a per season price payable in installments. There are also options to specify pricing for any ad hoc work or any special operations required as a result of very heavy snow.
