Painting Agreement (MS)

This agreement can be used for any painting job for the interior or exterior of a property, whether an office building, retail space, or residential home. The agreement includes different payment options, including the option to include a detailed payment schedule, if desired. There are options to indicate the scope of the work, warranties, and dispute resolution. It also contains information required by your state's relevant home improvement construction law if the work is for residential property. It can be used either by the owner of the property or by the contractor doing the painting.
