Residential Lease (NV)
This residential lease should be used when renting a property for a fixed period of time (often a year) to 1-6 tenants. After the initial rental period, there are options to select whether you want to automatically extend the lease term, or whether it should continue on a month-to-month basis. A "month-to-month basis" means that the agreement would continue on the same terms each month until notice is given to bring it to an end.
This agreement covers such matters as the amount of rent, any deposits to be paid, late fees, parking, pets, and payment of utilities. It also includes important disclosures that you might be required to give the tenant, such as a lead paint disclosure if the property was built prior to 1978.
