Loaner Vehicle Agreement (VA)

This agreement can be used by a service or repair garage when providing a loaner vehicle to a customer while repairing the customer's vehicle. Having an agreement like this in place will benefit both the service garage and customer. It allows you to agree on terms ahead of time to avoid conflict later, and have a plan in place should certain problems arise.
The form allows you to agree on details such as:
- A description of the vehicle
- Whether a fee is due for the loaner
- How much insurance is required
