Mutual Nondisclosure Agreement (WY)

Sometimes sharing confidential or sensitive information, intellectual property, or trade secrets is a necessary part of doing business. Businesses and individuals will often use a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), also known as a confidentiality agreement, to protect themselves and their interests when necessary.

The main purpose of a mutual NDA is for both parties involved to agree not to disclose or share the other's confidential information. A mutual NDA should include sections to outline the information being shared, limit what the information can be used for, and state how long the information must be kept confidential.

This mutual NDA template is appropriate for situations where 2 businesses or individuals are both providing information to each other. If you are sharing confidential information with more than 1 party, you should have a separate NDA with each party. If only one party is providing information to the other, you should use a regular or non-mutual NDA instead.
