Building Cleaning Agreement (FL)

This agreement is for the cleaning of the interior and/or exterior of a commercial or residential building. This might include a variety of tasks such as cleaning windows, floors, emptying trash, dusting, etc.

This agreement allows you to clearly set out (i) the areas that need to be cleaned (whether the whole building, or specific areas), (ii) the frequency of the cleaning, (iii) invoicing and payment terms, along with (iv) any special cleaning services that might be provided, such as stripping and waxing floors. You can choose to either list out each task in detail so that each responsibility is set out clearly, or you can use the agreement to specify more generally that the provider is responsible for cleaning the entire premises.

If you only require a portion of a building to be cleaned, or you're a tenant and only need your own space cleaned instead of the entire building, you should use the "Janitorial Services Agreement" instead of this one. Likewise, if you require outdoor landscaping such as mowing grass or pruning shrubs, you should use the "Landscaping Agreement" instead.

It is suitable for either a one-time job or regular ongoing services, and whether you are the owner of the building requiring services, or the cleaning services provider.
